A dark, smoked horn oval, polished over six weeks by hand. Every plate is logged and numbered. Hand-finished in the studio and dimensioned to the wearer at fitting.
Every Roquebrun is dimensioned to the wearer at the second sitting. The figures here describe the base draft, before fitting.
The first Roquebrun was cut for a client who, in the studio's notes, wanted a frame with a paper trail back to the animal it came from. We built the opposite of what he'd worn before.
The result favours the oval line the studio keeps returning to: heavier where the eye expects weight, and light everywhere the skin meets the frame. It is cut in smoked horn, 23g finished, and fitted with a pinned horn hinge.
