A softened oval in a dusty rose acetate, cut slightly oversized for the current season. Hand-finished in the studio and dimensioned to the wearer at fitting.
Every Odalys is dimensioned to the wearer at the second sitting. The figures here describe the base draft, before fitting.
The first Odalys was cut for a client who, in the studio's notes, wanted a colour the mood boards hadn't caught up to yet. We built the opposite of what he'd worn before.
The result favours the oval line the studio keeps returning to: heavier where the eye expects weight, and light everywhere the skin meets the frame. It is cut in rose acetate, 26g finished, and fitted with a 5-barrel brass hinge.
